Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026 · Draft under legal review — we'll post any changes here.
1. The service
Local Growth Pilot is a service of Irie World, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“we”, “us”). It helps local businesses understand and improve how they show up in local search: a free business snapshot, reports and a growth plan, tracking over time, review-request tools and free tools. By using it you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business.
2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@localgrowthpilot.net if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
- Monthly and annual plans start with 14 days free. A card is needed to start; cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay nothing. After that the plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancel any time under Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except under the guarantees below.
- The lifetime deal is a one-time payment with no renewals. Ask within 30 days of buying and we'll refund it in full; the refund ends lifetime access.
- A Standard plan covers up to 2 businesses: add the 2nd from its report at no extra cost. It shares the plan's billing and ends when the plan ends. A lifetime deal covers one business, and an account can track up to 2 businesses in total until our Pro plan launches.
- Plans include 100 automatic review requests and 50 AI reply drafts per calendar month per plan (a plan covering 2 businesses shares them). Extra request credits can be bought in packs; unused pack credits carry over and are non-refundable. Large imports are sent gradually (about 15 a day) and customers from jobs older than 12 months are left out.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We may change prices for future periods; we'll tell you by email before a change affects you.
4. Measurable improvement in 90 days or your money back
- Covers the monthly and annual plans. (The lifetime deal has its own 30-day money-back guarantee instead.)
- What “measurable improvement” means — either of these, measured by LocalGrowthPilot in your first audit and again at our check nearest to 90 days after your paid plan starts (within a week either side):
- Your Profile Health score (how complete and accurate your Google Business Profile is, 0–100) is higher; or
- Your Google Maps position for your main search — your business category near your address — is higher. This part applies only if your business started outside the top 3; a business already in the top 3 has little room to rise, so for it the guarantee is measured by Profile Health.
- If neither has improved, press “Check my guarantee” under Settings → Billing within the next 30 days and we’ll refund what you paid for the plan in those 90 days, automatically. The refund ends your plan.
- Your paid plan must stay active for the full 90 days, with every payment made. The 14 free days don’t count toward the 90.
- Positions are the ones LocalGrowthPilot records on Google Maps; Google decides rankings and they move day to day. If a measurement couldn’t be taken, a person reviews your claim instead of the automatic check.
- On a plan covering 2 businesses, it’s measured for the first business on the plan.
- One guarantee refund per business. Questions: support@localgrowthpilot.net.
5. Estimates, not promises
Scores, revenue figures, competitor comparisons and AI-written explanations are estimates for planning. Google decides how businesses rank and doesn't publish how; apart from the guarantee above, we don't promise any ranking, number of reviews or revenue. Local Growth Pilot isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
6. Review requests
If you use Local Growth Pilot to ask your customers for reviews — by your own phone or email, through your CRM, by CSV upload, or by having us email them for you — you confirm that each customer agreed to be contacted by you about the service you provided, and you're responsible for that consent. Ask every customer the same way, whatever you expect them to say. Never offer anything in return for a review, never ask only happy customers, never write or suggest what a review should say, and never post or ask for reviews from yourself, staff or anyone connected to the business. We send at most one request and one reminder per customer, honour every opt-out, and may stop sending for an account that breaks these rules or Google's review policies.
7. AI-written drafts
Review-reply drafts and other AI-written text are suggestions for you to read and edit. We never post anything to Google for you; you decide what gets published and you're responsible for it.
8. Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reselling, overloading or trying to get around limits or security, no use for anyone else's business without permission, and nothing unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
9. Your data
You own the information you give us. We use it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data under Settings → Delete my data.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep Local Growth Pilot available and accurate, but it's provided “as is”: data from Google and other sources can be incomplete or change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or rankings), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken; if we end a paid plan without cause, we'll refund the unused part.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the service or your use of Local Growth Pilot are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek temporary, preliminary or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect its rights or prevent immediate harm.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it applies; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
